    I paid for the “pro” version of the theme and its giving me less options than the free one… I can’t add a logo, a background, access blog settings. And when I try to get to the blackoot pro settings panel it gives me this error message every single time.

    Hello,

    Something definitely went wrong. Please check the following, which should cover the most frequent causes:
    – Is WordPress up to date on your site? (current latest version is 5.8.3)
    – What if you try to disable all plugins? Something a third party plugin can cause unexpected conflicts. If this is the case and disabling plugins fixes the issue, try to re-enable them one by one to identify the culprit.
    – Try to switch back to the free version. If everything works fine again, delete the Pro from appearance > themes, then download a fresh copy from https://www.iceablethemes.com/my-account/ and re-install from the fresh copy.

    Please let me know if this helps or if the issue persists and we’ll try to investigate further to fix it.
