Hi,

The best way to change your logo size is to resize the image used as logo outside of WordPress, and then upload the newly sized image as a logo.

If you have an image editing software such as photoshop then you can use this; if you don’t you can use a free online service such as http://www.picresize.com to resize your image easily.
