    Hi, I bought Blackoot pro theme about 8 hours ago, but the status of bill is always “on hold”, I can download the invoice but no download link for theme is available. Did I miss any additional procedure?

    Hello,

    Your payment was put on hold by Paypal for additional verification on their end – the order was therefore pending during this time.

    This is pretty unusual as everything is instant most of the time.

    The payment has now been released by Paypal and the order has automatically been marked as completed.

    You should have received a confirmation email, and you can now access the download link and license key from your account.
